By joining the PTA, you also become a member of the NC PTA and the National PTA, the largest advocacy group in the nation. GMS PTA dues have been reduced to $ 5 per year, with $ 4 distributed to the state and national PTA organizations. You can help in many ways, most importantly, by joining. Thank you for supporting the PTA and helping us ensure we build successful programs that help our students achieve their full potential.

GMS PTA Structure

Our PTA is comprised of the General Membership which meets three times a year and collectively establishes objectives for the coming year. The PTA Board, consisting of the Officers, the GMS Principal and a GMS Teacher/Staff representative meets monthly to enact the priorities established by the General Membership.
